Hallo-weary...
We've all been battling Da Crud at Da Colthorp house... the only reason we ventured out to trick or treat was for Katie's benefit, but Da Boss doesn't even like candy (!)... strange kid. As a buddy put it, that means Daddy must "test" thoroughly all candy that is obtained...
Amy has 1 last radiation treatment (Monday, November the 3rd), and then it is 2 weeks off work before the 14th's big event - a hysterectomy. Then she has short-term disability until the new year, so we're hoping for a quick recovery, and that the onset of menopause at age 33 can be tackled sufficiently. All in all, we can't complain -- we're well cared for, and so far each test has been weathered without being overwhelming... of course, my wife's a rock! She's feeling a bit burnt/scalded/itchy, but can now put that behind her in the coming days.
Thanks for the thoughts and prayers and well-wishes.
New'n cheery...
3C Studio would like to point you toward the latest development that is continuing to add material and content, plus interactive areas on the site:
SportsSpectrum.com has some great new features, so feel free to click around. Special props to an indy cohort, Topher DeRosia, for his ability to make it all "work" and for its nifty added features.
CandyBlossoms.com began some e-commerce prior to a site redevelopment... and their building mate, DrJohns.com, is also finalizing some things prior to a new look & feel.
Aside: In visiting their offices I can sample all the fantastic 'candy blossoms' (alternatives to flowers -- with some great corporate gifting options -- might be worth checking them out!), all the while making sure I'm regularly using the proper amount of Dr. John's Cavity Kavidy Kops™ Lollipops with Glylic™. One-stop chocolate snacking with follow-up tooth decay prevention. :-)
As mentioned before, 'some day' 3Cstudio will be tackling myFlowerland.com... in the meantime, I would love to take this opportunity to encourage you all to Shop Locally. Especially those of us in Michigan, with our state's bottom-dwelling economy, let's encourage the entrepreneurial spirit around us!
